WIN TICKETS TO SEE TAYLOR GOLDSMITH OF DAWES IN WINE COUNTRY

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be  unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting 5/25/2023 and ending 6/9/2023 at 11:59pm PST.
4. How to Enter: Must submit an entry using the online form provided at 88vines.com.
5. Prize: The Winner of the Campaign will receive 2 VIP tickets to the Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes event on June 16th, 2023, a meet & greet with Taylor, and a FlyWithWine VinXplorer Backpack, all valued at $800. U.S. Winner must provide their own transportation to the event. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified by email within three (3) days following selection.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, You understand and agree that 88 Vines Entertainment shall have the right to distribute and use your name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. You also agree to receive promotional emails from 88 Vines, Tooth & Nail Wine Company, and FlyWithWine. 

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless 88 Vines Entertainment, Tooth & Nail Wine Company, FlyWithWine, and any of the sponsors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
10. Disputes: THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with entry will only be used to notify winner, and to notify entrants of upcoming 88 Vines promotions and events.

13. By entering the contest, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
