A stunning refresh of the tasting rooms at this Oakville winery that produces  beautiful Bordeaux, Burgundian, and Rhone varietals, served at multiple White House dinners, make this a must visit destination. And owner Dave Miner's guitar collection is spectacular. 

Exceptional wines of minerality, fruit, earth, and soul, handcrafted on their organic and Demeter certified biodynamic West Paso Robles estate.  Owners / winemakers Cris and JoAnn Cherry, leaders in regenerative farming,  recently received the region’s Environmental Steward of the Year Award,.

Estate grown grapes, non-invasive farming, and the region's 2021 winemaker of the year, Jordan Fiorentini, are reasons Epoch was named one of the Top 25 Best Wineries in the U.S. by Reader's Digest. The tasting room was also named one of the most beautiful in the world by Architectural Digest.

Hourglass is two vineyards, a winery, and a compilation of estate wines: a vision unfolding. The interplay of terroir and artistic intention yields wines of unique personality that possess an intriguing dialectic: rich with layers of concentration yet vibrant with a tensional edge; classically structured yet silky in texture; unquestionably modern but with traditional stripes.
